When you need separate spaces to hold a Mediation between parties, the Williams Center has well-appointed Mediation rooms that can seat up to six in each space.

The Outer Banks and Blue Ridge rooms are each decorated with art and photos from their respective geographic areas to offer participants a non-threatening, approachable space.
All guests have access to the facilities and grounds, and the on-site administrator manages catering requests and assists with technical needs.
When witnesses and experts are called upon to provide information or clarification during a Mediation, the Williams Center features Zoom video conferencing in each meeting room via 75” high-definition wall-mounted monitors with video cameras mounted above each monitor to allow witnesses to see each party.
You are welcome to bring your laptop or tablet device, connect to our guest WI-Fi, and project content onto the monitor in each room. Wireless printers are also stationed in each room.
