about the williams center
Created by Legal Professionals – for Legal Professionals
Reserving a neutral setting that is welcoming to all participants in a non-threatening environment didn’t exist – until now.
The Williams Center allows you to reserve the space you need by the day. As part of your reservation, you are provided an on-site administrator to help you manage the details outside of your proceedings and is on standby to assist with any technical questions.
The Williams Center does not provide mediators or arbitrators.
Only qualified professionals may reserve space.
The state-of-the-art Williams Center Arbitration Courtroom is unlike anything you’ve seen outside of a courthouse.
From the functionally-designed arbitrator’s bench and witness stand to the technology and attorney seating for select participants, you can have an enhanced courtroom experience without waiting months for an open courtroom date.
The Williams Center is available by the day, and your daily reservation includes access to an on-site administrator to assist with any technical questions and facilitate a catered lunch.
A deposit is required to reserve each space, and Mediation and Collaborative Law sessions can be canceled 24 hours before the reserved date and 72 hours before an Arbitration hearing.
About the Williams Center Property
Located on approximately 80 acres of wooded property just a short drive from Winston-Salem, and minutes from I-40 in Clemmons, NC, the Williams Dispute Resolution Center was once the home of the center’s namesake, David Williams.
When Mr. Williams passed, the property was put into a trust stipulating the land would not be developed. The center, which was his residence, has been fully remodeled inside and out to conduct legal proceedings and make guests feel welcome.
