About the Williams Center Property

Located on approximately 80 acres of wooded property just a short drive from Winston-Salem, and minutes from I-40 in Clemmons, NC, the Williams Dispute Resolution Center was once the home of the center’s namesake, David Williams.

When Mr. Williams passed, the property was put into a trust stipulating the land would not be developed. The center, which was his residence, has been fully remodeled inside and out to conduct legal proceedings and make guests feel welcome.
